Join the Fairmont Banff Springs team as an Adventure & Experiences Guide! We're searching for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guided experiences. As an Adventure & Experiences Guide, you'll possess a diverse skill set and, most importantly, outstanding customer service abilities paired with a desire to learn and grow.
Starting Hourly Rate: $25.00
We value our team and recognize tenure through compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, with annual raises up to three years. At the three-year mark, the pay rate for this role will be $28.73.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a variety of experiences, including wilderness tours, vehicle and bike excursions, as well as walks and hikes.
- Enthusiastically share the rich history and culture of the Canadian Rockies with our guests.
- Coordinate with guests prior to their arrival to ensure a seamless delivery of guided experiences.
- Manage the selling, booking, and updating of guided activities.
- Ensure each guest has a positive, safe, and memorable experience.
- Maintain constructive relationships with Parks Canada and comply with all applicable regulations.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of all activities, ensuring spaces and equipment are sanitized and maintained before, during, and after events.
