As an Advertising Support Associate focusing on Google’s Local Services Ads (LSA), you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the LSA onboarding and verification process. Your efforts will help amplify their digital footprint, increase marketing effectiveness, and deepen the collaboration between Scorpion and its clients.
What Your Success Will Look Like
- Collaborating efficiently with the team to launch and manage clients' Local Services Ads (LSA) profiles.
- Working alongside Account Managers to identify and prioritize clients for LSA onboarding.
- Assisting in the collection, tracking, and reporting of billing and other relevant data metrics.
- Supporting Account Managers and clients throughout the LSA onboarding journey while escalating issues as needed.
- Acting as a liaison between Scorpion, Google, Pinkerton, Evident, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Resolving basic issues within the LSA process and escalating complex challenges to senior team members.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the LSA product area.
Who You Are and What You Bring
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience
- 0-1 year, including internships. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
