Your Responsibilities
Every day, you work to enhance the employability and vitality of employees. You are the expert who maintains oversight and provides direction. Collaborating with managers and professionals, you create solutions that transcend limitations. You identify patterns, translate insights into preventive actions, and ensure that employees maintain control over their reintegration process. Your key tasks include:
Supporting managers in implementing employability policies and addressing complex cases.
Monitoring the absenteeism process, identifying risks, and initiating appropriate actions.
Working together with the company physician and managers to facilitate sustainable reintegration.
Analyzing absenteeism trends and translating them into impactful preventive measures.
Acting as a liaison between managers, HR professionals, occupational health services, and external providers.
Informing employees about their rights, obligations, and financial implications, empowering them to take charge of their situation.
Actively contributing to projects and initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and vitality, ensuring preventive measures are firmly established within the organization.

Your New Team and Work Location
Alongside the HR Business Partner, you form a collaborative duo. You will also work closely with three advisors specializing in employability and vitality, as well as the prevention officer. You actively share your expertise and involve colleagues from other disciplines as necessary. Based at our Meeting Point in Den Dolder, you will serve Dennendal and our locations in Zeist.
