This role is essential for establishing and enforcing governance frameworks, policies, and standards that ensure consistency, compliance, and repeatability across software development, testing, automation, and security processes. The ideal candidate will provide clear guidance, measurable controls, and decision-ready reporting, working closely with department heads and leading SMEs. You will chair governance forums and translate complex engineering concepts into concise executive briefs that facilitate prioritization, exception handling, and risk management. Staying abreast of emerging governance and delivery trends, you will operationalize best practices and support business development by identifying non-sensitive needs and shaping credible solution narratives.Support Implementation of Team Managed Deployment ProcessIn this role, you will play a crucial part in the delivery of software applications and services through our Team Managed Deployment (TMD) process. TMD integrates best practices to enhance efficiency, speed, and security, allowing for faster, high-quality software deployments while minimizing rollbacks and reducing costs. This strategy streamlines horizontal delivery and prepares teams for deployment approval without multiple manual reviews, ensuring seamless and secure deployments that align with the administration's immigration efforts. The ultimate goal is to enable automated policy enforcement and prescriptive remediation guidance, thereby reducing maturity gaps across client programs and enforcing quality and security controls without the need for manual intervention.
