Fairstead is looking for a Compliance Manager to join our on-site property management team. In this vital role, the Compliance Manager will oversee compliance with the Housing Authority, execute effective annual administrative operating cycles, ensure all requirements are met, and engage with residents, housing authorities, and other stakeholders to optimize economic outcomes while minimizing operational risks.
