Engagement Type: This role is offered under an Independent Contractor Agreement, granting you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while aligning with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

Our Client: You will be working with a reputable Australian provider of managed IT and telecommunications services, known for delivering comprehensive solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. They pride themselves on their proactive approach, ensuring that their technology works flawlessly for their clients, supported by a dedicated local team that values clear communication and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify completed documentation and customer solutions.
- Translate technical solutions into comprehensive job notes for technicians.
- Manage network orders, including NBN provisioning, SIP/VoIP services, and mobile connections.
- Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for installations and porting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, technicians, and carriers to guarantee smooth delivery.
- Track order progress and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Identify and resolve provisioning issues promptly.
