Essential Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Successful completion of a clean background check Able to work part-time during after-school hours (from 2:30 PM onwards) Reliable transportation required, as all programming occurs on-site at schools, local golf courses, parks, and tennis courts throughout lower Westchester County Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of creating a positive and safe environment for children Passion for teaching kids and sharing the games of golf, tennis, and pickleball Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with both children and parents Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring role Strong knowledge and skills in one or more sports offered by TGA, including golf, tennis, and/or pickleball Possession of a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or willingness to obtain one Willingness to commit to at least one full season Availability to work some weekends

As a Youth Golf Instructor, you will be instrumental in teaching essential golf skills while promoting vital life lessons such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and a passion for physical activity.
In this role, you will lead after-school programs and camps tailored to various skill levels, ensuring every child feels welcomed and encouraged. You will have the chance to design enjoyable and effective drills, games, and lessons while employing positive reinforcement to inspire your young athletes.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, allowing you to make a significant difference in the lives of children while indulging in the sport you love!
