Your Challenge
As an Aftersales / Service Project Leader, you will be the vital link between our customers and installers. If you have a technical background, are customer-oriented, and can efficiently solve technically challenging problems, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Technical Support: You will be the primary point of contact for any technical inquiries post-installation, ensuring that all questions are addressed and resolved collaboratively with the team.
- Training: Develop user manuals and training materials for clients and colleagues. You will also investigate innovations within the sector and share your findings with the team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively identify potential issues and address them before they impact customers by maintaining close communication with suppliers.
