As an Agent Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring new customers to meet assigned targets. Additionally, you will foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they have an optimal experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Achieve daily visit targets
Acquire new users as per assigned targets (recruit Amarthalink agents)
Provide persuasive education and information regarding current products and programs
Maintain positive relationships with active users
Manage feedback from active users, addressing input, complaints, and product usage challenges
Ensure targets for new customer acquisition and sales volume are met
Regularly report achievements
Report on competitor activities for internal development purposes
