Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, promoting self-organization and accountability.
Drive initiatives for Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and aligning roadmaps.
Identify and remove impediments while proactively managing risks.
Facilitate coordination across teams in a multi-site environment including Germany, India, and the US.
Ensure transparency in key metrics such as velocity, burn-down rates, predictability, and quality indicators.
Advocate for DevOps and engineering best practices where applicable.
