Role Purpose
This role is critical as we are not merely developing an AI product; we are forging an AI-centric organization from the ground up. Our goal is to redefine the future of work by harnessing artificial intelligence to its fullest potential. We believe that the most valuable contributions are those that are creative, strategic, and distinctly human—everything else should be managed by AI.
To realize this vision, we are assembling a team of elite AI Application Engineers within the CTO’s Office. This team will conceptualize, design, and create innovative AI tools that will fundamentally transform Ema's operations, setting a new standard for the post-AI era.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of a transformative team, you will help revolutionize Ema through Agentic AI. This position involves reimagining the future of work and bringing those ideas to fruition.
You will blend the roles of product manager, strategic thinker, and engineer, tasked with identifying and addressing challenges through Agentic AI to create significant impact.
1. AI Tool Development:
● Assume the role of Product Manager, Designer, and Developer to create AI-driven tools that enhance workflow efficiency for teams and partners.
● Custom Software Development: Craft AI-powered micro-SaaS solutions and intelligent applications tailored to tackle specific challenges within Ema.
● Utilize Advanced AI Tools: Employ state-of-the-art AI-native development tools (like Cursor, Lovable, etc.) and LLM frameworks to quickly prototype, build, and implement effective solutions.
2. AI-Driven Automation:
● Opportunity Discovery: Identify automation potentials driven by AI across various processes to enhance efficiency.
