About the Role
The AI Deployment Manager is a specialized post-sales enablement position focused on delivering impactful enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite. You will design and implement technical enablement experiences that promote a repeatable adoption framework—driving sustained activation, broadening usage, and delivering measurable business value across products such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and the API. This includes assisting clients in understanding and effectively applying deployment harnesses, evaluation layers, and operational controls necessary for reliable use.
In this role, you will merge deep technical expertise, instructional design, and customer advisory. You will lead live training sessions, workshops, and adoption interventions for audiences ranging from hands-on developers to executive leaders, ensuring customers grasp not only the capabilities of OpenAI’s products but also how to effectively leverage them in practical scenarios.
Success in this role means accelerating customer confidence, enhancing product adoption, supporting the successful launch of new product features, and aiding customers in translating technical functionalities into tangible business outcomes.
This is a remote position based in the US.
