About this Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled AI Native Full Stack Engineer to enhance our cloud data platform capabilities. This role involves deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud platforms that support our data science and machine learning initiatives. You will work collaboratively with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers to ensure our analytics systems operate securely, efficiently, and are scalable. Your expertise will help shape and implement reusable cloud and data platform solutions to streamline operational processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Lead a significant AI automation project from conception to deployment.
- End-to-End Development: Analyze stakeholder requirements, design architecture, and execute builds.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly develop functional prototypes for feedback from our medical advisors and CTO.
- Effective Communication: Regularly update stakeholders; we prefer you to keep us informed rather than us having to chase for progress.

- Self-Starter: Capable of interpreting vague problems, drafting design documents, establishing milestones, and delivering features with minimal oversight.
- AI Proficiency: Strong ability to utilize AI tools for coding and debugging, enabling faster development cycles.
- Product-Oriented: You are driven by understanding the purpose of features and their impact on users, particularly in healthcare.
- Tech Stack: Our primary language is TypeScript. However, we value problem-solving skills over specific language expertise, so if you're a Java or Python specialist, we'd love to hear from you.
- Time Zone Availability: Must be available for agile iterations and meetings during US Business Hours to coordinate efficiently with our global teams.
