About the Role:
As a pivotal contributor to our transition to an AI-first Go-To-Market (GTM) operating model, you will enhance our GTM execution by streamlining the customer journey—from lead generation and deal closure to onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Your insights will translate real-world challenges into actionable, measurable improvements leveraging AI agents, automation, and optimized data flow.
You will design and deliver innovative solutions using tools like Relevance AI, Momentum, Clay, and LLM technologies. By driving the GTM AI strategy, you'll set high standards for quality and operational efficiency while establishing reusable frameworks that promote scalability. This role demands ownership of outcomes, requiring you to refine ambiguous requests into clear action plans, make swift trade-offs, and deliver tangible enhancements consistently. As the internal GTM AI Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll champion responsible AI practices, recommending effective methodologies, tools, and best practices across GTM teams.
What You Will Do:
Lead AI initiatives: Manage the intake process, clarify business challenges, define requirements and success metrics, prioritize tasks, and guide projects from conception to implementation.
Create and implement AI workflows: Analyze current processes, identify areas of friction, design optimized workflows, and deploy reliable agents and automations for everyday use.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Engage daily with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, Business Technology, Data Science, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on requirements, data governance, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure compliance: Integrate permissioning, audit trails, and compliance measures into workflows from the outset.
