The Opportunity
We are embarking on an innovative initiative to create the self-driving project for real estate development.
Northspyre operates as the operating system for real estate development, utilized by developers managing billions in projects nationwide. This summer, we are launching a groundbreaking skunkworks project to develop autonomous AI agents capable of predicting, deciding, and acting throughout the entire lifecycle of a construction project. Drawing parallels to the transformative self-driving car project in transportation, our mission is to revolutionize how buildings are constructed.
In this role, you will collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and Principal Engineer—key decision-makers shaping the future of Northspyre. Your code, ideas, and decisions will significantly influence the direction of the company for the next decade.
What You Will Build
- AI agents that autonomously monitor, flag, and resolve issues across complex real estate projects—from permitting to procurement to closeout.
- Agentic workflows that streamline human coordination into real-time, context-aware decision loops.
