Having experienced impressive growth over the past two years, we are now seeking dynamic, talented individuals to help us refine and expand our go-to-market (GTM) strategies. About the Position
We are on the lookout for a proactive GTM Operations Lead to partner closely with our sales leaders and founders in scaling our market presence primarily across the United States and Mexico. Our ambitious goal is to triple our revenue in these regions, and this role will be critical in steering both strategic and operational initiatives to reach this target.
This is a hands-on position where you will influence strategy, prioritize efforts, develop essential sales tools and materials, manage our CRM and reporting systems, and assist with team growth through hiring and onboarding activities.

Your Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Focus
- Identify key areas for focus and deprioritization across various markets, verticals, territories, and customer segments.
- Convert leadership insights into actionable execution plans, metrics, and tracking systems.
- Support decision-making through analytical reports, memos, and structured strategic thinking.
- Conduct cross-functional experiments, such as targeting specific applications, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance revenue generation.
Sales Enablement & Collateral Development
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our AI camera products and their applications.
- Take the lead in creating and refining:
- Sales presentations and narratives.
- Case studies and ROI documentation.
- Vertical-specific playbooks.
- Facilitate and potentially lead internal sales training sessions.
