Key Responsibilities:Use Case Discovery and Prioritization: Identify and assess high-value opportunities for AI agent deployment in operations, focusing on areas such as document processing, data extraction, workflow routing, and compliance checks, prioritizing based on effort, impact, and readiness for adoption.Agent Design, Build, and Deployment: Design, configure, and implement AI agents and automated workflows utilizing LLMs, APIs, and integration tools. Own the complete lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment, including testing, monitoring, and iterative improvements.Operational Efficiency Improvement: Embed AI agents into daily operational processes to reduce manual effort. Measure improvements in time savings, error reduction, and throughput while ensuring compliance with accuracy and auditability standards.Adoption and Change Management: Promote bottom-up adoption by partnering with operations teams. Conduct hands-on training, develop playbooks, facilitate workshops, and create internal champions. Monitor adoption metrics and adapt strategies based on user feedback.Data Quality and Integration: Ensure AI agents function with clean and reliable data through collaboration with data teams and system owners. Define data requirements, build integration points with operational systems and document management platforms, and create feedback loops to enhance agent accuracy.Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish and track KPIs for deployed agents, including adoption rates, processing accuracy, throughput gains, and ROI. Communicate outcomes to operations leadership, using data to inform scaling and investment decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Product, Engineering, and IT to align agent deployments with platform capabilities and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
