Summary
As the AI Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role by directly reporting to the COO and leading our AI Center of Excellence (CoE). Your primary goal is to enhance our AI capabilities from initial experimental stages to a well-defined operational framework, integrating AI into everyday business processes. You will be the driving force behind our AI transformation, connecting strategic vision with practical implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities
CoE Operations & Rollout: Manage the daily functions of the AI CoE, collaborating with leaders across Product, Security, IT, and Revenue Operations.
Workflow Automation: Work with internal teams to pinpoint inefficiencies and create automated, logic-driven workflows that minimize manual tasks.
Technical SME: Serve as the go-to expert on our AI tools, including Gemini Enterprise, Claude, Lovable, and n8n.
Enablement & Training: Design and implement AI literacy programs using a user-friendly LMS; manage internal communications to alleviate concerns about AI and foster enthusiasm for new technologies.
Innovation Events: Plan and lead quarterly hackathons to cultivate a culture of ongoing learning and creativity.
Maturity Tracking: Assess progress using the Gartner AI Maturity Scale, aiming to achieve Level 3 (Operational) by the end of Q3.
