Position Summary
Harness is transforming the way organizations deliver software with agility, security, and confidence, with AI at the core of our strategy. We are seeking an AI Product Marketing Manager to articulate the Harness AI narrative across our platform, converting rapid advancements into a coherent, engaging viewpoint that resonates with both the market and our internal teams.
Unlike traditional Product Marketing Manager roles that focus on a single product, this position is cross-functional and platform-oriented. You will shape Harness's identity as an AI-driven software delivery company while enabling other PMMs to stay coordinated and consistent in their messaging as they introduce features across our portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with product management, engineering, corporate marketing, sales enablement, and executive leadership to translate technical innovations into compelling narratives.
