This role is remote but requires occasional travel to FreedomCare locations across the country as needed.
Department & Position Overview:
As we grow, our focus is on enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. AI will play a pivotal role in minimizing manual tasks, improving decision-making, and ensuring consistent outcomes throughout our processes. FreedomCare operates in a highly regulated environment, so the design and application of AI must comply with all necessary standards for accuracy and auditability. We are looking for a technically skilled individual to oversee the implementation of AI across our organization.
The AI Prompt Engineer will specialize in designing, building, and optimizing prompts, agents, and AI-driven workflows within the company. You will collaborate with various teams to integrate AI into real business processes, aiming to streamline operations, enhance output quality, and minimize friction. This hands-on role involves both developing and refining solutions.
