Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Rubrik, customers, and prospects in the design and positioning of Rubrik's AI Agentic Cloud offerings.
Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers, serving as a subject matter expert on public cloud capabilities when presenting Rubrik’s solutions to key accounts.
Lead technical sales discussions, collect and analyze customer feedback, and identify emerging trends.
Assess sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competitive landscape, decision-making processes, and funding.
Maintain regular communication with product management to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with client demands.
Assist in creating marketing and sales materials to guarantee they meet customer needs and are technically accurate.
Support the development and delivery of technical training for Rubrik, channel, and alliance partner sales architects.
Drive the adoption of Rubrik’s cloud-native protection technologies across the organization and within the public cloud ecosystem.

As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Tech Lead, you will be responsible for attaining product line revenue goals by formulating the corporate technical go-to-market strategy and supervising key account technical pre-sales activities. You will drive the development, promotion, positioning, and architecture of the industry’s premier cloud data management and security platform for a diverse range of enterprise and major clients throughout North America.
