Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven growth workflows using AirOps for both internal use and to create product offerings for various industries.
Enhance our service delivery playbook and resource allocation, fluidly transitioning between strategic planning and execution.
Leverage the AirOps platform to refine internal processes and customer interactions while validating new use cases.
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop new templates and workflows that align with product launches and expansion efforts.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer experience, growth, and content teams to swiftly bring features to market and iterate based on user feedback.
Analyze key metrics diligently; identify trends and patterns, offering recommendations to enhance business outcomes, with regular reporting to the executive team.
Partner with design teams to conduct UX research initiatives aimed at boosting customer engagement and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
Conduct product testing and provide constructive feedback to enhance the customer experience and usability.
Qualifications
2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, Business Operations, Product Management, Technical Account Management, Analytics, or Solution Engineering in a fast-paced startup environment; we value former or aspiring founders.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup where roles and responsibilities are fluid.
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-faceted projects in a hybrid setting.
