About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a pioneering AI Solutions Specialist who will play a crucial role in defining how we market and expand our AI offerings. This position encompasses developing internal go-to-market strategies as well as engaging directly with customers. You will collaborate with one of our sales regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to spearhead AI sales initiatives and will also take ownership of an internal team focus area to effectively scale our operations globally. Key responsibilities include: 1) Sales Motions & Programs 2) Sales & EPD Programs 3) Technical Sales Motions & Programs 4) Team Processes & Reporting. Success in this role requires a blend of sales expertise for running customer proofs of concept (POCs), technical know-how for implementing AI workflows, and project management skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Achieve:
- Serve as a regional sales overlay, collaborating with account teams to evaluate, outline, and expedite AI sales opportunities.
- Manage sales cycles from start to finish alongside the sales team, effectively closing intricate AI deals in your region.
- Deploy AI workflows with clients, utilizing deal discovery and POC requirements to drive AI revenue.
- Lead the development of one of our internal team pillars: 1) Sales Motions & Programs 2) Sales & EPD Programs 3) Technical Sales Motions & Programs 4) Team Processes & Reporting.
- Act as an AI thought leader for clients and internal teams, translating business challenges into actionable AI workflows and shaping our Custom Agents narrative.
