What does the role entail?
- You will be at the forefront of AI product strategy, engaging closely with sales and customer success teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers, as well as go-to-market (GTM) teams, to conceptualize, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents that enhance customer interactions on a large scale.
- This position requires a blend of strategic vision and practical agent design, demanding fluency in both business context and technical execution.
How will you contribute?
- Act as a strategic partner for customers, facilitating the development, implementation, and adoption of impactful AI initiatives.
- Translate business needs into well-crafted, high-performing AI solutions.
- Oversee the execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring maximum visibility from both customer and NiCE perspectives.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Influence agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and data-driven insights.
- Identify actionable insights and iterations that enhance customer outcomes and inform internal strategies.
Do you have the qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- An MBA or similar experience that merges technology and business operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of uniting cross-functional teams to deliver results in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, product management, and engineering processes.
- While coding isn't a daily requirement, possessing sufficient technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers and PMs is essential.
- Adept at bridging the gap between visionary product ideas and actionable AI solutions.
- Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of AI deployment processes is advantageous.
