Role Overview
As an AI Systems Builder, you will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of AI-native systems that facilitate social media automation, optimize internal operations, and enhance workflow efficiency. This position calls for a highly autonomous innovator capable of tackling ambiguous challenges, crafting functional AI agent solutions, deploying them into production, and iteratively refining them based on real-world performance.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development
Develop and manage AI social media agents that monitor performance, generate content drafts, and execute scheduled publishing tasks
Create agents for internal communication, workflow automation, data aggregation, and task delegation
Structure agent deployments using Claude Code, Cowork, and relevant APIs from initial build through production
Design and maintain evaluation metrics to ensure agent outputs meet quality, accuracy, and edge-case failure standards prior to deployment
Refine agent logic based on feedback from real-world performance data
Internal Workflow & Operations Automation
Identify manual processes and propose AI-driven solutions for their automation
Implement and maintain communication and workflow systems to minimize friction and enhance team productivity
Integrate tools through API and plugin connections, including Claude Code plugins, Slack, ClickUp, and other platforms
Document all systems and processes thoroughly to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding
