Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance. A valid A&P license (Airframe and Powerplant). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required. A passion for educating and mentoring students.
