What to Expect
We are seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join our aircraft build and maintenance team, reporting directly to the Aircraft Maintenance Controller. This role will involve planning maintenance work packages for multiple prototype and certification aircraft, collaborating closely with the flight test delivery team.
Additionally, responsibilities include tracking and maintaining continued airworthiness records. This position requires daily on-site presence at our flight test facility located at Cotswold Airport, near Cirencester in the beautiful Cotswolds region.
The selected candidate will also contribute to the development of maintenance capabilities for our certification aircraft program.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Flight Test and Maintenance Teams.
Assist in creating daily maintenance plans for scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
Prepare work packages that include all asset tracking documentation for hardware and software.
Support day-to-day aircraft configuration management.
Help manage logbooks and tracking cards.
Update Continued Airworthiness Documentation, including Technical and Flight Log records and serialized part tracking.
Assist with documentation audits and resolution of issues.
Support the generation and updating of Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) entries as needed.
Escalate any unresolved issues to the Airworthiness team and Head of Department.
Your Qualifications
Proven experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with maintenance documentation and airworthiness regulations.
