We are assembling an exceptional engineering team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering impactful, innovative solutions as we transition towards an AI-centric product ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Product Platform—a full-stack engineer who is adept at deploying product features while also engineering internal systems and tools to streamline engineering workflows. The Product Platform team operates at the intersection of product engineering and infrastructure. You will create systems like a webhook platform that facilitates numerous customer-facing integrations, an internal changelog system, optimizations for TypeScript build times, or CI/CD enhancements that significantly reduce iteration cycles. These systems mirror product work, targeting engineers and the product itself as customers. This role diverges from traditional Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps positions. We’re not looking for someone to manage databases, Kubernetes, or the underlying cloud infrastructure. Instead, we want a product engineer who has experience with these technologies to develop tools, platforms, and systems that enhance product engineering efficiency and is eager to continue this trajectory. We especially value builders who exhibit a strong sense of ownership, are comfortable collaborating across various functions, and think beyond conventional role limitations. Experience in shipping meaningful products is a plus.
