The role follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-person collaboration required from Tuesday to Friday, while offering flexibility for remote work on Mondays, unless an approved workplace accommodation is in place. We believe that meaningful connections drive innovation, and our in-office culture promotes teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.Reports to: Director of Revenue AccountingKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily revenue accounting functions, including key revenue streams, journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures.Ensure accurate revenue recognition and related accounts are compliant with ASC 606.Review and document technical accounting conclusions for complex contracts and multi-element arrangements (hardware, SaaS, professional services).Collaborate across departments to evaluate contracts, address revenue issues, and enhance order-to-cash processes.Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities, analytics, and revenue reporting.Maintain and fortify internal controls while supporting internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to enhance efficiency and scalability.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
