We are inviting a motivated and detail-oriented individual to become a key member of our Strategy & Operations team in Cologne as an Analyst.
In this role, you will:
Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to evaluate, strategize, and implement M&A transactions (including carve-outs, integrations, and joint ventures) and other complex business transformations (such as reorganizations and value creation) for both national and international corporate and private equity clients.
Contribute to various strategic initiatives and operational projects within the firm.
Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success.
Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations directed at clients and senior management.
Collaborate closely with senior team members to analyze data, conduct research, and provide valuable insights that inform critical business decisions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, gaining firsthand experience in client engagement and relationship management.
