Your Role and Impact
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and developing strategic partnerships throughout the APAC region. You will influence Pebl’s narrative, sales pipeline, and revenue trajectory from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Your Territory: Develop and implement account plans that foster a robust pipeline with high success rates across Singapore and the APAC region.
- Strategic Prospecting: Engage potential customers through targeted outreach, partnerships, events, marketing initiatives, and your professional network.
- Target Exceedance: Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue benchmarks with precise forecasting.
- Industry Expertise: Attain mastery of Pebl’s AI-driven platform, the global employment landscape, APAC compliance regulations, and our competitive advantages, simplifying complexities for clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, and Product teams to secure and expand accounts.
- Insight Sharing: Relay field insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product innovations, ensuring Pebl remains ahead of the curve.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to enhance customer value across different regions, functions, and services.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate impactful relationships with venture capitalists, accelerators, talent networks, and consultancies to expedite market entry.
