Role Overview: The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the repair and maintenance of property buildings. This role ensures the timely installation of mechanical equipment and the upkeep of Fairstead’s properties to maintain operational effectiveness. The supervisor will oversee the operational efficiency of all electrical equipment and mechanical systems through thorough inspections and repairs, ensuring that properties are kept clean and hygienic in accordance with Fairstead's safety policies and standards.
