Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to residents while assisting fellow team members.
- Adhere to AIR’s procedures for completing basic apartment turns, ensuring readiness for the next resident's move-in.
- With limited supervision, perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance, such as troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, basic electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances.
- May offer functional or technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians while aiding in their technical skill development.
- Assist in managing vendor quality and conduct move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
- Responsibilities will vary based on team member expertise and community requirements, mechanical systems, and seasonal changes.
