Your Journey with Us:
As an Application Support Specialist, your main role will be to configure and develop the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system and Business Central. You will also be the key technical liaison for business groups, ensuring that end-users receive prompt solutions to their daily challenges.
Demonstrated expertise in MS Dynamics NAV and Business Central across all functional areas.
Ability to debug system issues and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in generating reports utilizing C/AL, SSRS, and Visual Studio.
Oversee the installation and execution of service packs and hot fixes as required.
Facilitate end-user training, including creating system documentation and training materials.
Support the development of functional specifications for customizations and integrations essential for NAV implementations.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
