Your role within the operations team will involve providing technical support for applications and technological platforms, ensuring operational stability of environments, deployments, and technical documentation, while enhancing your skills in automation, containers, and cloud operations.

Main Responsibilities:
Deliver N1 technical support for applications and infrastructure.
Manage and respond to incidents reported by clients, ensuring clear and timely communication in English.
Conduct initial technical validations, perform basic fault analysis, and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist with application and infrastructure deployments, adhering to established procedures.
Execute operational tasks in Linux environments (log reviews, basic commands).
Support the use of containers and orchestrated environments, following defined guidelines.
Monitor existing automation processes and pipelines.
Document incidents, procedures, and solutions.
Collaborate actively with other technical teams, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
