Your Role:
As an Applied AI Value Engineer focused on the Japan Market, you will tackle critical business challenges for our key Japanese clients. Your role will be to connect cutting-edge AI technologies with the specific business needs of Japanese enterprises. Collaborating with top-tier partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks, you will provide operational context to AI initiatives, helping Japanese organizations effectively implement AI and achieve tangible ROI. You will be responsible for prototyping innovative solutions, showcasing value to executives, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption within the Japanese business landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- AI Discovery & Solution Development (Japan Focus): Analyze the unique AI strategies and challenges faced by Japanese customers and translate these into innovative solutions that are compatible with local business practices.
- Hackathons & Prototyping: Swiftly create innovative prototypes (LLM/Agent-based) to address urgent business challenges during customer hackathons.
- Agentic Process Transformation: Facilitate a significant evolution for our customers, transitioning from traditional automation to autonomous AI agents powered by the Celonis PI Platform.
- Proof-of-Value Projects: Lead comprehensive Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails, while ensuring adherence to enterprise data and identity standards.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Japan-based account teams and executives to ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon value and adoption metrics.
- Domain Expertise: Specialize in key areas (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance) to disseminate knowledge across both Japan and global teams.
