About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Appointment Setter to enhance our sales operations by scheduling impactful meetings with qualified prospects. You will connect with leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, confirming their interest and coordinating with our sales representatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, sales-ready appointments that propel business opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages from lead lists or incoming interest queues. Confirm their interest and availability before scheduling meetings, while qualifying leads based on essential criteria such as industry, role, needs, and budget alignment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Utilize scheduling tools like Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or Google/Outlook calendars to arrange appointments. Effectively manage time zone differences, ensuring precise scheduling and sending out meeting confirmations and reminders as needed.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records by logging all activities in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM. Update lead statuses and notes diligently to keep track of appointments and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Executives to synchronize on target prospects. Provide insightful handoffs with relevant context about prospect needs, and share feedback from interactions to refine outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics such as calls made, emails sent, appointments set, and show rates to identify bottlenecks and suggest enhancements.

- Proficient with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Chili Piper).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple calendars and navigate various time zones.
