Main Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and monitoring the operational activities of the service teams.
Prepare materials for briefings, meetings, and internal communications.
Contribute to tracking performance indicators related to field activities.
Participate in the deployment and updating of Lean tools and continuous improvement materials.
Manage uniform and equipment stock, oversee allocations, and update associated files.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating of welcome standards and create educational materials.
Engage in the recruitment process: screening, pre-selection, organizing interviews, and preparing documentation.
Support the integration of new employees (orientation, allocations, service presentation).
