The North Fire Protection region is seeking a Planning Manager for its Nancy-Strasbourg agency, based in Maxéville (54), as part of an apprenticeship program.
The Nancy-Strasbourg agency, within the Fire Protection division, consists of 80 dedicated employees and a demanding, passionate management team.
Your mentor will be the After-Sales Service Coordinator, who leads a team of technicians. Together, you will work closely and adapt your responsibilities to foster your skill development.
As you progress, the Planning Manager will eventually become the right-hand person to the After-Sales Service Coordinator.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Management:
- Scheduling installations with after-sales technicians and installers
- Distributing tasks among after-sales technicians (reassessing Work Orders, etc.)
- Assisting with client reporting (maintenance progress, cost estimation)
- Weekly production oversight
- Responding to intervention requests via phone
Safety:
- Assisting in the management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Supporting EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) controls and reporting
Management:
The Planning Manager will participate in the same meetings and training sessions as the After-Sales Service Coordinator.
Your responsibilities may evolve based on your progress, development within the program, and interests in specific areas.
Your qualities:
Excellent communication skills, pragmatism, organizational abilities, analytical capacity, and a keen interest in technical fields.
Position Requirements:
Travel is expected.
Valid driver's license (Permit B) is required.
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
