About the job
- Lead the operations of our aquaculture feed production facilities to meet production goals, including yield optimization, product quality assurance, new product development, revenue targets, production outputs, delivery fulfillment, manpower planning, and inventory forecasting.
- Manage the warehouse and logistics related to raw materials and finished goods within the plant.
- Supervise engineering operations to ensure the reliability of plant systems, focusing on Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications, focusing on waste management and environmental sustainability in line with regulatory requirements.
- Take charge of workplace safety, employee wellbeing, and hygiene standards as mandated by statutory laws and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous process improvements and adopt best practices through enhanced technologies and system integrity to lower operating costs and reduce waste.
- Monitor operational costs and financial performance for production, warehousing, and engineering to align with budgetary expectations.
- Encourage employee training and development to support organizational goals, promoting teamwork, effective communication, and personal growth through skill enhancement and career planning.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management as needed.
