About the job
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to provide architectural support to the Project Architect or Project Designer concerning the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems.
- Construct physical building models.
- Create architectural documentation under the guidance of the Project Architect, Project Manager, or Project Designer.
- Assist in the preparation of graphic materials and images for client presentations.
- Engage in research initiatives as directed by the Project Architect or Project Manager.
- Support project leadership in all activities from conceptual design to construction documents.
- Participate in the architectural design process in a supportive capacity.
- Review shop drawing submittals under the direction of the Project Architect.
- Address client inquiries and feedback with supervisory guidance.
- Utilize the REVIT model to produce plans, elevations, and sections under the guidance of the Project Architect or Project Designer.
- Communicate effectively with other disciplines to ensure project document coordination.
- Attend project team meetings and contribute to project presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field required; a degree from an accredited program is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Preference for candidates actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States.
- A robust creative design portfolio, along with strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate independent judgment in handling responsibilities at this level.
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other design software.
