- Collaborating closely with Product, Go To Market, Operations, and other stakeholders to manage quality impact and risk.
- Leveraging data and quality insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and foster ongoing improvement.
- Ensuring that processes and tools evolve in tandem with increasing complexity and scale.
- Effectively communicating with senior stakeholders and partners, managing expectations, and aligning priorities.
- Leading and mentoring a quality operations team to achieve outstanding results and sustainable performance.
