As an Area Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and monitoring of Branch Offices in the Batu Bara region. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of branches within your area are met effectively.
- Overseeing the growth of portfolio quality and quantity in alignment with Amartha's objectives and goals.
- Guaranteeing that recruitment processes, partner services, and support adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Managing strategies, operations, and processes across all branches in your area.
- Ensuring that branch administrative tasks are complete and orderly.
- Overseeing branch operations, ensuring all licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements are fulfilled.
- Enforcing adherence to policies and procedures by all staff at the branch.
- Ensuring all staff perform at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Facilitating the operational performance of branches in your region through effective human resource management.
- Ensuring that Amartha's expansion plans are executed successfully.
- Maintaining portfolio quality in accordance with Amartha's objectives and management's audit expectations.
- Upholding principles of transparency within branches.
