Join our team as an Area Manager, where you will oversee and enhance the management and monitoring of our branches in the Brebes region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, including:
- Facilitating the growth of portfolio quality and quantity in alignment with Amartha's objectives.
- Overseeing recruitment processes, partner service, and support in accordance with SOPs.
- Implementing strategies and managing operations across all branches you supervise.
- Maintaining complete and orderly administrative records for branch offices.
- Ensuring smooth operational functionality of branch offices, including meeting licensing, infrastructure, and inventory needs.
- Enforcing adherence to policies and procedures by all branch staff.
- Guiding staff to achieve optimal performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Managing HR needs to ensure operational effectiveness in your region.
- Leading the expansion initiatives set by Amartha effectively.
- Upholding portfolio quality to meet Amartha's goals and management audit expectations.
- Promoting transparency within branches.
