As the Area Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management and monitoring of our Point Office/Branches, ensuring all operational aspects align with our objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving all Branch KPIs within your Area effectively.
- Ensuring the quality and quantity of the portfolio develop in accordance with the goals set by Amartha.
- Facilitating recruitment, service, and partner mentoring in alignment with SOPs.
- Implementing strategies, managing processes, and overseeing operations across all branches in your area.
- Maintaining complete and orderly office branch administration.
- Ensuring smooth operational functions of the branch office by fulfilling licensing, infrastructure, and inventory needs.
- Upholding policies and procedures strictly adhered to by all staff at the branch.
- Supporting all staff to perform at their best through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Ensuring the branch operates effectively through proper HR management.
- Facilitating the expansion initiatives set by Amartha.
- Ensuring the quality of the portfolio meets Amartha’s objectives and branch audit values align with management expectations.
- Promoting principles of transparency within the branch.
