Ensuring the achievement of all Branch KPIs within your area, including:
Overseeing the growth of portfolio quality and quantity in line with Amartha's objectives.
Guaranteeing recruitment, service, and partner support processes adhere to SOPs.
Managing strategies, operations, and processes across all branches in your area.
Maintaining proper administrative records at the branch offices.
