As the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the operations of our Point Offices/Branches. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all branch KPIs within the area are met effectively, including:
- Facilitating the growth of portfolio quality and quantity in alignment with Amartha's objectives.
- Overseeing the recruitment, service, and support processes for partners in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Implementing strategies and managing processes across all branches within your area.
- Maintaining complete and orderly office administration.
- Ensuring smooth branch operations through compliance with licensing, infrastructure, and inventory requirements.
- Upholding strict adherence to policies and procedures by all staff members in the branches.
- Guiding staff to deliver optimal performance through training, performance monitoring, and conflict management.
- Ensuring effective regional branch operations through human resources management.
- Facilitating the expansion initiatives set by Amartha efficiently.
- Ensuring portfolio quality aligns with Amartha's goals and that audit outcomes meet management expectations.
- Promoting a culture of transparency within the branches.
