- Gather and analyze data from project parties, ensuring follow-through until closure.
- Enhance the team's customer handling skills and operational capabilities.
- Design and implement an induction and training schedule to foster continuous skill development.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for timely reporting.
- Conduct weekly analysis of outstanding reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and plant departments to meet the needs of dealers and stockists.
- Explore business opportunities through collaborations with architects, channel sales, and institutional sales.
- Adhere to established travel plans for effective field operations.
