Key Responsibilities
Brand Development
- Embrace a “own the number” mentality to meet and exceed the company's KPIs for the region.
- Secure and execute additional display space within your designated territory.
- Enhance shelf presence and merchandise products strategically to boost sales growth.
- Increase brand visibility through effective point-of-sale materials and in-store execution of promotional activities.
- Leverage every opportunity to educate consumers about what makes our brand the leading choice in its category.
- Ensure product quality, manage inventory rotation, and remove any damaged packaging.
- Maintain an organized back stock with appropriate inventory rotation practices.
- Utilize CRM applications proficiently to track daily activities and display execution accurately.
Relationship Building with Retail Partners
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with key contacts in stores to secure additional display opportunities.
- Consistently service assigned accounts with a focus on purposeful follow-up (approximately 8-12 stops per day).
- Plan and execute weekly account visits based on specific business requirements.
- Identify customer needs and develop collaborative strategies to enhance sales for both the store and Spindrift.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements through effective negotiation skills.
- Recognize the importance of building trust and credibility with accounts.
