- Providing exceptional customer support by addressing issues, troubleshooting, and performing repairs or upgrades.
- Consulting schematics, manuals, and manufacturer instructions to ensure compliance.
- Adhering to safety policies and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Managing inventory and ensuring adequate supply levels by placing orders as needed.
- Enhancing professional knowledge through educational opportunities and technical literature.
- Contributing to the organization’s reputation by meeting diverse requests and striving for excellence.

Senior Technician Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and planning installations by evaluating site access and equipment layout.
- Supervising and guiding technicians in their duties to ensure quality output.
- Training technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge base.
